A major problem with games in The Elder Scrolls series. Today, I will list the top 25 best mods for Oblivion, go forth, gamers, and discover the magic of these mods. I probably made a complete ballsup of that explanation but I think I’m right and hope it goes some way to help you understand why it can’t be done. The answer is simple: mods, the holy grail of the gaming community and the provider for pretty much everything you could want in a game. That is why the only mods you can use ( such as those in Minion) will only affect you hud or any information personal to your character such as map pins as this won’t affect the graphics or gameplay of anyone else on the server.
This can’t be done in ESO because you play through a server where lots of people are using the same program and therefore the polygons and “ stuff “ could not be changed by any one person without it affecting the rest of the people playing making it impossible to do. As far as I’m aware ( and I’m sure someone will correct me on here as I know very little when it comes to computers)is that Skyrim is a completely different kettle of fish compared to ESO, Because Skyrim is a single player game it is possible through the use of mods to be able to change the polygons and “ stuff “ within the game as you are the only person using it.
